About the Journal

Journal of Innovative Counseling : Theory, Practice & Research ISSN: 2548-1738, e-ISSN: 2580-7153 is a  is a peer-reviewed journal and scientific journal  published by Guidance and Counseling Program of Faculty of Education Universitas Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya. Journal of Innovative Counseling : Theory, Practice, and Research, will publish two issues in a year (January  and August). Abstracts and full text that have been published on the website can be read and downloaded for free.

The aim of this journal is to publish high-quality articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the field of Guidance and Counseling. Its scope encompasses guidance, counseling, group guidance, group counseling, school counseling, mental health counseling, family counseling and educational psychology. It was first published in 2017. It published biannually in the months of January and August. The Journal has been Indexed by  Google Scholar, Garuda, Neliti & BASE
