PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO ANIMASI INTERAKTIF CIKAL UNTUK MENANAMKAN SIKAP BUDAYA SUNDA PADA ANAK USIA DINI

Abstrak

Symbols of local cultural wisdom in the form of gestures as a non-verbal language are one of the values to build national character and symbolize polite and courteous behaviour in interacting with the environment. Efforts to preserve the symbols of attitude in Sundanese culture need to built through the development of learning with media that is attractive to children. Interactive animated video media is used so that children can easily understand the attitudes of Sundanese culture. so that the preservation of gestures in Sundanese culture can be achieved. The method used in this research is research & development (R&D) with the Borg and Gall approach. The result is the creation of an interactive animated video media CIKAL (local wisdom stories). The animated video contains stories of children’s activities at school by showing the attitude of punten, pacantel, calik and nuhun. The results of validation and limited test showed very good results in media and material assesments. The effectiveness of CIKAL interactive animation video shows a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 (Sig. <0.05) which states that H1 is accepted, which means there is an increase in the attitude of Sundanese culture in early childhood with the stimulation of interactive animated video.
