The phenomenon of the increasing number of children with special needs has resulted in many formal and non-formal institutions opening services to accommodate children with special needs, but not all of these institutions are prepared to handle children with special needs. This research will contain treatment which will be carried out as a guide or way of acting, such as preventing, overcoming obstacles that exist in children with special needs Speech Delay by assisting in handling speaking and verbal communication. This research method was carried out in a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques and tools include participatory observation techniques using observation sheets, in-depth interview techniques using interview guides and documentation techniques by analyzing treatment program activities for children with speech delay. This research will involve participants who are children with special needs who experience speech delays, as well as their parents or guardians, teachers, and therapists. Based on the data that has been obtained, the treatment carried out at the Healthy Gang Children's Home is carried out through several treatments such as drill, phonetic placement and AVT.
