This study aims to determine the effect of the magic hand method on the fine motor skills of 4–5-year-old children at Annisa Bissoloro Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in Gowa Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental type and a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study sample consisted of 16 children selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted using observation sheets that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a non-parametric inferential test, namely the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results showed an increase in children's fine motor skills after the treatment. The average pre-test score of 37.6 increased to 53.3 in the post-test. The Wilcoxon test showed a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, indicating a significant effect of the magic hand method on children's fine motor skills. In addition to improving motor skills, this method also encourages children's activeness, creativity, and engagement in the learning process. Therefore, the magic hand method is effective as an alternative learning method to optimally and enjoyably develop fine motor skills in early childhood.
