Pembentukan Karakter Religius Melalui Kebiasaan Shalat Berjamaah di Panti Asuhan KH Mas Mansur Malang

This study aims to develop religious character through the habituation of congregational prayer at the KH Mas Mansur Orphanage in Malang. It employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the concept of congregational prayer habituation at the KH Mas Mansur Orphanage successfully cultivates religious character among the foster children, particularly in shaping individuals with noble character, religious values, and outstanding personalities. This research focuses on the orphanage’s efforts to build religious character through the structured daily practice of congregational prayer, involving mentors, administrators, and foster children. This activity is viewed as an effective method to instill spiritual and social values. The results show that the practice significantly enhances the spiritual and moral sensitivity of the foster children. They become more punctual, develop a greater sense of care for others, and gain a deeper understanding of the importance of religious values in daily life.
